DALLAS — Electronic Security Association (ESA) members recently cast their votes to fill four open positions on the board of directors, resulting in the election of a group of “dedicated professionals who will help shape the future of the association,” according to the association announcement.

This year’s election included positions for three integrator directors and one associate member director. The integrator directors are Jeremy Bates, vice president of business development of Pye-Barker; Melissa Brinkman, CEO of Custom Alarm; and Brendan Armstrong, controller of Trinity Wiring & Security Solutions. The newly elected associate director is Jake Voll, CEO of SS&Si Dealer Network.

These individuals “will play a vital role in advancing ESA’s mission and ensuring the organization continues to lead and support the electronic security and life safety industry,” the announcement says.

ESA board members “work collectively to ensure sound governance, establish strategic direction and implement policies that drive the association’s goals forward,” according to the announcement. “They also monitor progress and outcomes to ensure ESA remains aligned with its vision.”
