Carpenteria, Calif.-based Essex Electronics launches the RoxProx IP-66-rated, weatherproof proximity reader.
The reader features Genuine HID technology and is suitable for all indoor and outdoor applications, according to the company. The RoxProx reads HID 125kHz proximity cards and fobs with up to 2-inch read range. Mullion mount and single gang versions are available for either flush or surface mount installations.
