IRVING, Texas — Plans are underway for this year’s Electronic Security Association Weinstock Award celebration during ESX 2026.
The Morris F. Weinstock Person of the Year Award is ESA’s highest honor and was established in 1970 to “recognize extraordinary leadership, dedication and volunteer service to the industry and the association,” according to the ESA announcement.
This year’s celebration will take place at The Rayleigh Underground, a 38,000-square-foot venue that blends cutting-edge technology with the elegance of an ancient amphitheater. The unique setting will serve as the backdrop for a denim and diamonds–themed evening honoring the 2025 Morris F. Weinstock Person of the Year Award recipient.
ESA will announce the honoree ahead of ESX 2026, which is scheduled for June 1-4 at the Irving Convention Center.

The Weinstock Award celebration is scheduled for Wednesday, June 3 from 6 to 8 p.m. and will feature a live band, food and drinks, and “a lively atmosphere for industry professionals to connect and celebrate one of the most anticipated evenings of ESX,” according to the ESA announcement.
