ESX Next Up on Industry’s Show Calendar

BALTIMORE

The 2nd annual Electronic Security Expo (ESX) will be held June 22-26 at the Baltimore Convention Center, focusing on the product, technical and management training needs of installing and monitoring security professionals.

The event is co-owned by the National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA) and the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) and offers attendees a broad cross section of training sessions, exhibits, networking and other activities.

Counterterrorism specialist Francis Taylor, who serves as a vice president and CSO for GE, will provide the keynote address to discuss local solutions to global threats. Taylor was the former head of security for the U.S. Department of State (DoS) charged with worldwide protection of U.S. embassies, consulates and DoS personnel.

Baltimore County Police Chief James Johnson will also speak about his motivation for advocating legislation that encouraged broader deployment of video surveillance in Baltimore County shopping centers and detail his satisfaction with the program’s results to date.

SSI welcomes attendees to visit its booth, No. 1130.
