Extreme CCTV Gives Earnings Report

VANCOUVER, B.C.

Extreme CCTV Inc. has announced its fourth quarter earnings. In the release, Extreme CCTV says earnings unexpectedly went down 65 percent compared to last year’s fourth quarter.

The company says it earned $192,206, two cents per share, in its fourth quarter ended Sept. 30 compared with $552,561 a year ago. Extreme CCTV blamed cost increases and the stronger Canadian dollar vs. the U.S. dollar.

Revenues in the year ended Sept. 30 were $20.5 million, up 16 percent from $17.6 million in the prior year, but net income declined to $1.6 million, 15 cents per share, from $1.9 million, 17 cents per share.
