Fargo Electronics Inc. will be part of a global technology and business alliance with Sony Chemicals Corp. Japan and its American division that will link technologies from both companies for advanced ID card printers and encoders. Sony Chemicals has agreed to sell ribbons for Fargo printer/encoders, and only to Fargo.
