F.E. Moran Alarm & Monitoring Services of Champaign, Ill., has acquired A1 Alarm Services. Davis Marketing Group, also known as Graybeards, managed the transaction.
A1 Alarm, also based in Champaign, Ill., has provided residential and commercial intrusion and fire alarm system for more than 40 years. The company also operates its own central station.

Ruedi says the acquisition will offer customers a broader, deeper range of services as Moran continues to strive for innovation and next-generation technology solutions.

FE Moran offers video monitoring, radio alarm transmission, card access and biometrics, and has locations in Illinois, Michigan and Georgia.
