FLIR Systems Inc., a developer of infrared cameras, has received contracts worth a combined $2 million to supply its thermal security cameras at airports around the United States as part of the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) perimeter intrusion detection initiative.
FLIR’s thermal and multisensor security cameras will be installed Dallas-Fort Worth, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and at New York’s Kennedy, LaGuardia, Newark and Teterboro airports.
