AUSTIN, Texas — Gallagher Security is “reinforcing its commitment to a stronger, more integrated partner ecosystem” with the appointment of Nikki Cardenas to the newly created role of national channel partner manager, according to a company announcement.

The role “reflects a strategic investment in Gallagher’s channel community, ensuring partners are equipped to deliver seamless, integrated security solutions in an increasingly converged landscape,” the announcement says.

Cardenas joins Gallagher with more than 13 years of experience building and scaling global partner ecosystems across video management, infrastructure and data platforms. Her career “has centered on one consistent focus: helping partners translate complex technology into scalable, revenue-driving solutions,” according to the company announcement.

Most recently at Milestone Systems, Cardenas led global partner marketing initiatives supporting both channel and technology alliances. Prior to that, she served in leadership roles at LeoSight (formerly Live Earth), Pivot3 (later acquired by Quantum), Arrow Electronics and SHI International, where she “built and launched strategic partner programs designed to increase activation, improve deal velocity, and drive double-digit pipeline growth.”

“In today’s market, no technology stands alone,” says Cardenas in the Gallagher Security announcement. “Customers expect integrated ecosystems like access control that works seamlessly with video, data platforms that connect across environments and partners who can deliver cohesive solutions. My entire career has been focused on building those bridges.”

While new to access control and perimeter security, Cardenas “brings deep experience from adjacent sectors within the broader security and IT landscape, including video management software, hyperconverged infrastructure and SaaS-based data visualization platforms,” the announcement says. Her background “uniquely positions her to support Gallagher’s channel partners as security and IT continue to converge.”

The creation of the National Channel Partner Manager role “signals Gallagher’s recognition that ecosystem strength is a competitive advantage,” according to the company announcement.

“Nikki understands what it takes to build high-performing partner programs that create measurable impact,” says Natalie Bannon, director of strategic alliances at Gallagher Security, in the company announcement. “Her experience aligning sales, marketing, and product teams around partner success will help us elevate our channel strategy and further empower our partners nationwide.”

What Cardenas Brings to Her New Role

Throughout her career, Cardenas has led programs supporting hundreds of partners across regions, increasing partner-sourced revenue and driving consistent double-digit pipeline growth. Known for combining a partner-first mindset with operational rigor, she specializes in structured onboarding, enablement frameworks, co-marketing strategy and data-driven execution.

At Gallagher, she “will focus on strengthening national partner engagement, refining enablement programs and driving greater alignment between Gallagher’s innovation roadmap and the evolving needs of its channel ecosystem,” according to the company announcement.

“Gallagher has a strong reputation for customer-led innovation,” says Cardenas in the announcement. “What stood out to me immediately was the culture: collaborative, welcoming, and genuinely partner focused. That alignment makes it possible to build something sustainable and meaningful.”

Based in Austin, Texas, Cardenas will work with Gallagher’s sales and marketing teams “to deepen partner relationships, enhance integration alignment and accelerate channel-led growth across the U.S.,” according to the company announcement.
