GE Security Conference Features Star Speakers

HOLLYWOOD, Fla.

Contractors, integrators and the customers who use GE security products are heading to Florida for the annual GE Security Conference & Workshop, where they will be treated to several prestigious guest speakers including former Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge, Florida Gov. Jeb Bush and Security Sales & Integration Editor-in-Chief Scott Goldfine. The conference, which folds in to the old GE Security Pro Conference takes place at the Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa in Hollywood, Fla., from June 13 to 17.

Goldfine will be presenting the education seminar “Identifying the Integrator,” where he will cover the business, market, technology and installation practices and trends of today’s integrator. The presentation will feature extensive information from SSI‘s Installation Business Report.

There will be two opportunities to see Goldfine’s presentation on Wednesday, June 15 – at 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

The GE Security Pro Conference, expected to draw more than 700 attendees, will feature presentations, educational sessions and networking opportunities.

Tuesday, June 14 will feature a 2 p.m. presentation on terrorism and democracy from the former prime minister of Spain, Jose Maria Aznar. Ridge will follow with a 3 p.m. speech on homeland security.

Bush will provide a keynote address on Thursday, June 16 at 2:55 p.m.
