ATLANTA — Carter Brothers LLC, provider of electronic security, fire, life-safety and project management services, has acquired Edwards Service from GE Security.
Edwards Service, which will be operated as a division of Carter Brothers, has 10 branch locations and 150 employees across the United States, providing fire alarm installation, maintenance and monitoring services to more than 5,000 commercial clients within the health-care, hospitality and various other industries.
