BROOKFIELD, Wis. – Don McInnes ditched the idea of entering law enforcement to stick with electronic security after he took a job as an alarm investigator for a security company. Now as security consultant for ADT Security Services in Milwaukee, McInnes says he is still passionate about this industry, which is why he has an extensive background serving in leadership roles on the state and national level.
McInnes says for security dealers’ business, “the dynamics of service and taking care of customers is still key. Also, invest in your employees and education and it pays off.”
