Graybar, a distributor of electrical, telecommunications and networking products, announces the opening of a new 19,000-square-foot facility in Panama City, Fla. A recent grand opening celebration included a trade show event, which featured more than 30 suppliers of electrical, communication/data and security solutions.

The new location, called Graybar Panama City, stocks more than $700,000 of inventory, with $25 to $30 million of inventory available next-day from the Tampa distribution center. It is Graybar’s 22nd location in Florida, and offers counter/will-call service and local truck delivers Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Emergency service is available as needed after normal business hours.

Branch Manager Dale Strothman says the new location enables Graybar to better serve the growing Panhandle community, which comprises Florida’s westernmost 16 counties.
