GUARDIAN INTL. TAKES 1,800 MONITORED ACCOUNTS OFF OF SPECIALIZED HOME ELECTRONICS’ HANDS
HOLLYWOOD, Fla.
Guardian Intl. Inc. has announced the acquisition of 1,800 alarm monitoring contracts from Specialized Home Electronics (SHE) and a continuing business relationship with the company. SHE, founded in 1989, is a supplier of low-voltage systems to some of South Florida’s most prestigious homebuilders. The company’s products and services include installing security systems, structured wiring systems, and telecom and entertainment wiring. SHE also provides alarm-monitoring services directly to the new homeowners in the developments it serves.
“[Guardian] has been our monitoring center of choice for some time now and we know that our customers will be well taken care of by Guardian’s impressive service operation,” says Dwayne Diaz, president of SHE. “Specialized Home Products is a premier company in our market area,” says Richard Ginsburg, CEO of Guardian. “We are elated that [SHE] chose to deepen and continue the three-year relationship we have enjoyed with it.” Guardian provides burglar and fire monitoring services as well as design, installation and service of security and fire alarm systems.
