Guidepost Solutions LLC, a global investigations and security company, announces it has acquired SafirRosetti. As part of the transaction, Guidepost Investigations and Security LLC, a provider of investigative and security services, will be integrated into the combined company.
SafirRosetti has long-standing experience and product offerings in accounting and computer forensics, investigations, as well as sophisticated security engineering for new and existing facilities and operations. The Guidepost management team brings significant market experience in monitoring and compliance. Existing clients for the combined company span the public and private sectors, and include large corporations, law firms, governments, hospitals, universities, hotels, professional sports organizations, among others.
