To emphasize more its role as a manufacturer of access
control products, Gunnebo Omega Inc. has changed its name
to Gunnebo Entrance Control Inc. The company specializes in
turnstiles and entrance gates. Gunnebo acquired Omega
Optical Turnstiles in 2001 to move into the U.S. market.
The company, with its manufacturing facility based in Benicia, Calif., provides entrance control solutions to North America, Canada and Mexico via the Omega product line.
Gunnebo Entrance Control is part of the Gunnebo Group, based in Goteborg, Sweden.
