GVI Security Solutions Inc. has acquired Rapor Inc. in an all-stock deal. GVI provides integrated security solutions with a line of video surveillance, access control and detection systems. Rapor designs and manufactures high security building access portals.
Rapor makes the Fast Trac(TM) Rapid Access Portal. With its bifolding doors and infrared sensors, the doors can remain open to all authorized personnel and close only when necessary to prevent any unauthorized access.
