New Orleans-based Home Automation Inc. (HAI) is now shipping the HAI Power Hub, a digital high-efficiency power source engineered to meet ENERGY STAR requirements for power supplies and battery backups.
The hub comes in two versions: the 83A00-1, a power hub in an enclosure; and the 83A00-2, a power hub on a universal mounting plate. The products are designed to eliminate unsightly transformers, power strips, external power supplies, battery backup units, and complex wiring normally associated with access control installations. It connects up to eight access control readers to the HAI controller.
