HAI says its integrated security and automation controller was declared standard equipment in a series of new Houston-area homes.
Texas developer Land Tejas says OmniLT, HAI’s integrated security and automation controller, as well as its security and telephone access systems will be installed in the structured wiring enclosure of all Legends Ranch Community Homes.
Homeowners’ first year of security monitoring is free through a local monitoring service, and buyers can specify remote control Omni thermostats, lighting controls, touch screens and HAI’s Web-Link II software for Internet access.
