Electronic security provider Henry Bros. Electronics Inc. acquired Colorado-based security systems integrator Securus Inc.
According to Henry Bros. Electronics CEO James Henry in a statement, the acquisition will create a number of synergistic opportunities for both companies and their customers, such as expected sales growth opportunities and increased operational efficiencies, as well as provide Henry Bros. with valuable new customer relationships.
Henry also said that Securus Inc., which specifies designs, installs and supports physical electronic security systems for a diverse client base that includes small businesses, Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, will keep on Jeffrey Marcus as its vice president-general manager.
Securus is based in Denver.
