Security training consultants The CMOOR Group have teamed with access control manufacturer HID to provide an online training program of courses concerning contactless smart cards and readers, and their installation. The new program includes tutorials on ordering cards online as well as the installation and use of the products themselves.
“Not only will these customized turnkey courses teach HID’s dealers, distributors and end users about its products, but will also cut down on errors that are made during the ordering process, which account for 50 percent of HID’s support calls,” says CMOOR President Connie Moorhead. “Because cards cannot be returned, this training is a way for customers to save time and money by learning how to order the right product.”
