IRVINE, Calif. — HID Global launched a new online service that it says will significantly reduce the time and complexity required for contractors to obtain employee credentials which comply with PIV-I requirements.
“The new, certified HID Global PIV-I Service provides a single and simple, on-demand solution,” HID Global Senior Vice President of Identity and Access Management Tony Ball says. “Users can save time with our four-step enrollment process and convenient, online ordering and payment portal.”
The offering is part of HID’s Federal Identity Initiative, which provides turnkey solutions for complying with HSPD-12 requirements. Certified by CertiPath, HID Global PIV-I cards are PIV-Interoperable, fully compliant with U.S. Federal standards and mandates.
