HID Corp. of Irvine, Calif., has licensed Keri Systems Inc. of San Jose, Calif., under its patented Prox by HID(tm) technology. Under the terms of the contract, HID will share its intellectual property with Keri Systems, thus allowing Keri Systems to develop HID-compatible reader products.
