HID Teams Products to Provide Cost-Effective Access Control
IRVINE, Calif.
A leading manufacturer of contactless access control cards and readers – HID – has combined a smart card reader and price card for use in typical access control applications.
HID is teaming its iCLASS 13.56MHz contactless smart card R10 reader and 2K bit card price to provide a cost-effective entry-point for companies seeking to employ access control systems.
The company says businesses will get the same functionality of HID’s Prox, but at a lower price and with added benefits like iCLASS styling and enhanced card-to-reader security levels.
