HID’s UK CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT WINS PSI AWARD AT IFSEC

HAVERHILL, England

At the recent International Fire and Security Exhibition Conference (IFSEC) held in Birmingham, England, HID‘s UK Customer Service Department won the PSI (Professional Security Installer) Premier Award for Customer Care and Service. The awards recognize manufacturers, distributors and service providers that offer the highest levels of customer care.

According to award officials, the company’s goal has been giving the best support possible, and this award shows that this has been achieved. They add that HID’s commitment to customer access is an impressive one, and those involved in the UK operations are always ready and willing to listen to criticism or suggestions from the installation industry, ensuring that they are able to solve potential problems before they arise.
