SILVER SPRING, Md.— In a changing of the guard at the top of the NBFAA, Scot Colby, head of Shreveport, La.-based Bayou Security Systems Inc., succeeded Cecil Hogan as the NBFAA’s 36th president July 1. “It was a hell of a ride and it didn’t seem like it was two years, but we got an awful lot accomplished,” Hogan says.
