Home Director Sells Assets, Ceases Operations

LIVERMORE, Calif.
Published: July 4, 2005

Home Director, a home networking products supplier, has sold off its remaining assets and ceased operations. The company says it made the move in late April because of its negative cash position and inability to raise new equity or borrow funds.

Home Director had previously announced in March that it was getting out of the home network installation business.

CEO Michael Liddle said Home Director would do its best to raise money to pay creditor debts by selling the rights to certain proprietary products, its name and intellectual property.
