Residential systems integrator Home Technologies Inc. says it has completed the acquisition of custom electronics firm Premier Technology Group Inc. for an undisclosed price paid in stock and cash. Before the acquisition, Premier had been the largest independent custom electronics firm in the Seattle area with 2003 revenues of $5.7 million.
Home Technologies has been on a growth spurt the past two months with the Premier acquisition and the July buy of Digitech Home Systems.
As part of the acquisition, the Premier name will be set aside, as Premier’s three locations – in Bellevue, Wash., Vancouver, Wash., and Whitefish, Mont. – will change their names to Home Technologies.
