CapitalSource, Civitas Group and USBX Advisory Services announce their partnership to create a venue where middle-market companies may present their products and services to large global security companies, investors and private equity groups, and prime government security and defense contractors.
This invitation-only event, called the Homeland Security Investors Conference, is designed to explore new avenues for investment and will be held Tuesday, Dec. 5 at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Washington, D.C. The conference will also provide government agencies with a first look at innovative technology and business solutions.

The Homeland Security Investors Conference program is split according to six sectors in the homeland security market: Port Security and Border Control, Intelligence and Data Management, Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction, Disaster Preparedness and Response, Critical Infrastructure Protection, and Identity Solutions. CEOs from companies in these markets will be giving 30-minute presentations. Presenters include, ObjectVideo, RAE Systems, SYS Technologies Allied Defense, Imaging Systems and L1 Identity.
