Atronic Alarms, based near Kansas City, Kan., has been selected to join the Honeywell Authorized Dealer for Commercial Security Systems (CSS) program. The company serves more than 3,500 monitored customers and has been operating for almost 30 years.
Atronic Alarms offers a full line of commercial products and services including access control, CCTV, intrusion and fire alarm systems, local monitoring and fire alarm inspections. The company is also a full-service provider of residential security, fire/life-safety and home automation solutions.
Additionally, the company provides customized service through its Quality Assurance department, which helps reduce false alarms caused by user error and ensures owners are comfortable operating their systems. Because of its success in reducing false alarms, Atronic Alarms was named the winner of the 2009 Police Dispatch Quality (PDQ) Award, a program sponsored by Security Industry Alarm Coalition (SIAC), False Alarm Reduction Association (FARA) and SECURITY SALES & INTEGRATION.
