Honeywell has announced its new Honeywell Builder program, which it says gives builders complete access to the company’s entire product line when designing and building new homes. Along with the various components such as products in the water, heating and cooling categories are included several security-specific options: intrusion and motion detection systems, latchkey monitoring, fire detection, smoke warning systems, structured wiring and video surveillance.
The program was designed to integrate all of the company’s home-enhancing products into one database. Builders now have direct access to the Honeywell line as well as sales and marketing tools to aid in selling the recognized brand name into new homes.
