Honeywell marked the grand opening of its new Security & Custom Electronics (HSCE) headquarters at 2 Corporate Center Drive in Melville, N.Y., with a recent ribbon-cutting ceremony and related activities.
HSCE President Ron Rothman was on hand at the event to offer welcoming remarks. Other attendees included Suffolk County Executive Steve Levy and Huntington Town Supervisor Frank Petrone.
Honeywell announced the opening of the Melville office in July. Formerly based in Syosset, N.Y., the new facility is located in one of Long Island’s most prominent business districts. The building houses state-of-the-art development and testing labs, the AlarmNet™ communications network command center, a product showroom and technology showcase, a training center and media production studio.
