Honeywell of Melville, N.Y., has enhanced its line of structured wiring solutions that include heavier gauge steel enclosures, telephone punch down blocks that ensure unimpeded communication and enhanced video splitters that support HD TV and CATV programming such as video on demand.
The stronger enclosures lend themselves to more rigid installation applications through less flex, while the new telephone punch down blocks provide more space for the installer to work, according to the company.
Bi-directional amplification has been increased from 16dB to 20dB to help ensure multiple runs and long runs of video work without interruption.
