ADS Security President and CEO John Cerasuolo conveys how customer surveys improve relationships & referrals at Honeywell Connect breakout session. In “Revolutionize Your Business Using Customer Surveys,” he said the keys are: 1) Do it immediately after engagement; 2) Do not use it as a management tool; 3) Don’t tie in customer rewards; 4) Follow through with customers. Cerasuolo said if you do the latter just about any issue can be resolved, and it allows a company to “lock down loyalty.” He said to keep surveys short and easy, and leverage them to reinforce or modify staff behaviors.
