The energetic and amusing presenter kept the audience engaged and on its toes. “Millennials are not holding back your sales, you are!” he challenged. “Social media is free and effective. It’s just another means of communication. Quit looking for incremental growth, think disruptive, explosive growth. Today, you must go broad rather than deep, so diversify. We should have all learned that from the recession.”
