A slew of awards were handed out during the Connect affair. Here, representatives from nine dealer/integrator firms receive the Life Safety Award. As has been the case at prior Connects, famed news talk show host Larry King appeared via video as part of the first responder Honeywell Life Safety Award, which went to Lt. Rich Huebner of the Seminole County (Fla.) Fire Department for his bravery in the rescue of two toddlers, their father and family pet. Other dealer/integrator honors included Platinum Dealer and Circle of Excellence Awards.
