Honeywell’s Security, Fire Solutions Cancels Plans for Potential ADI Joint Venture

Honeywell Security and Fire Solutions says it has stopped its attempt to find a joint venture partner for ADI, its security and low-voltage distribution company.

Honeywell had stated in a previous announcement last November that it was considering the possibility of finding a joint venture relationship for ADI. Roger Fradin, president of Honeywell Security and Fire Solutions, said, “this action is clearly an affirmation of ADI’s strategic importance to Honeywell.”
