JUPITER, Fla. — Security systems installer HSM Electronic Protections Services Inc. has hundreds of new customers in the Dallas area after announcing it has acquired Central Alarm Systems Inc. Included in the purchase of the 66-year-old alarm firm are more than 400 residential and commercial accounts in Dallas and east Texas.
Central Alarm Services began in 1940 just before World War II with the purpose of designing and installing security systems for military bases in the Southwest.
