HSM Electronic Protection Purchases AA Alarms
JUPITER, Fla.
HSM Electronic Protection Services Inc. has purchased AA Alarms Inc., a provider of electronic security services located in Ann Arbor, Mich.
AA Alarms Inc. has provided security services in the Ann Arbor area since 1972. Included in its list of services are electronic security equipment installation and services and central station monitoring for both residential and commercial interests.
Tim Whall, HSM’s president and CEO, says his firm looks forward to working with AA Alarms’ customers, providing the same level of commitment and dedication as they do their own customer base.
It was HSM’s dedication to customer service that convinced Bruce Amrine, president of AA Alarms Inc., to sell. Amrine believes HSM will continue to provide AA Alarm’s existing clients with the high level of service to which they are accustomed. And, because of HSM’s greater resources, these customers will realize a wider choice of security services.
