HSM Electronic Protection Services Inc., which was recently acquired by Stanley Works, unveiled its newly relocated ProtectionNet Customer Service Center (PNC) in Plymouth, Minn.
The project, 18 months and $5 million in the making, comprises a 35,000-square-foot facility, which is located about 5 miles from the former PNC facility in Camden, Minn. The new center has tripled HSM’s monitoring capacity, which will give HSM room to grow and improve efficiencies in its central station monitoring and other centralized functions.
