IdentiSys Inc., a sales and service integrator of identification, tracking and security products, has acquired Lisle, Ill.-based CardSmart Systems Inc.
“CardSmart has been the leading reseller of identification and card issuance products in its local areas of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin since it was founded in 2000,” says IdentiSys President Debra Ferril. “We are committed to delivering the same excellent customer service and support to help organizations improve their security programs.”
The acquisition will allow IdentiSys to expand its local sales and service operation throughout the Midwest, offering end users a larger portfolio of products and solutions. IdentiSys specializes in identification technologies and applications, along with production printing, mailing and fulfillment systems.
