Systems integratror IdentiSys Inc., which specializes in access control and emergency response systems, has acquired Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Card Solutions Corp.
Founded in 1999, Card Solutions provides ID management, card issuance and security solutions to the healthcare, education, casino, corporate, financial, emergency management and government markets in southern Florida. The company serves West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Stuart, Fort Meyers, Naples and Key West areas.
All Card Solutions management, sales and service colleagues will join IdentiSys immediately, according to Debra Ferril, president and COO of IdentiSys. “This change allows the Card Solutions Division to focus on their customers and deliver a significantly expanded portfolio of identification solutions,” she says.
