i³DVR Int’l Inc. has unveiled a new distribution solution designed to reduce wait times for ready-configured DVRs shipped to clients in the United States.
As part of this new initiative, known as Quick Pick, new configured DVRs are placed on a predetermined list. Any items ordered from this list are guaranteed to be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
Designed to improve service levels and streamline business operations, Quick Pick’s primary goal is to assist U.S. dealers and integrators meet stringent project deadlines, according to a company announcement.
The company says Quick Pick will reduce ship times from the current one to seven days to one to two days.
