Industry Vet Hertel Resigns From Mace CS
HORSHAM, Pa. — Mace Central Station (Mace CS) Vice President and General Manager Morgan Hertel stepped down from his position, citing personal reasons, Mace Security Int’l announced Monday. He will continue to work as a consultant for the company during the next several months.
A respected industry veteran of more than 30 years, Hertel joined Mace following its 2009 acquisition of Central Station Security Systems Inc., which was later renamed Mace CS. Initially serving as director of operations, Hertel implemented the highest level of technology and continued to grow and develop the expertise and abilities of the entire Mace CS team.
“Our clients remain in the very capable hands of the Mace CS professionals who have a high degree of technical expertise and training for the positions they hold,” Hertel says.
Mace CS is a UL-Listed provider of wholesale central station services, including remote video monitoring, traditional alarm monitoring and personal emergency response system (PERS) monitoring. Under Hertel’s guidance, in 2010 the company achieved CSAA Five Diamond certification.
