NEW YORK — SecureWatch24 (SW24) has hired security systems expert David Gonzalez as vice president of public sector operations.
Gonzalez has extensive experience in design of large-scale security networks for city governments, schools and hospitals. He previously served as area director of business development for Tri-Ed. His former experience includes multiple roles with Elcor Int’l, including director of branch operations, systems design specialist and director of government sales.
Gonzalez’ industry recognitions and honors include the 2013 Schechter Long Island School Security System Award, a 2012 Homeland Security Award from Congressman Peter King (N.Y.) of the House Committee on Homeland Security, among others. He is also Sergeant at Arms of the Long Island, N.Y. chapter of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS).
