Ingersoll-Rand Co. Ltd. has acquired Italian-based security products manufacturer CISA. The transaction completes Ingersoll-Rand’s purchase of the company that began with an acquisition of 30-percent interest in the first quarter of 2002.
Ingersoll-Rand’s purchase of CISA will serve to complement and extend its range of security and safety offerings to include the brand names CISA, Bricard and CISA Cerraduras.
