Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies has formed a strategic partnership with three security technology providers to sell, install and support a “Unified Solution” that integrates access control, camera and video management.
The companies are video surveillance camera-maker Axis Communications of Chelmsford, Mass.; access control provider Open Options of Carrollton, Texas; and video management system provider Salient Systems of Austin, Texas.

The strategic partnership also provides a fully integrated, end-to-end security solution designed to eliminate guesswork when selecting and integrating compatible products. The solution is expected to help customers avoid single vendor dependence.
