A Tempe, Ariz.-based installer has been chosen by developer Grace Communities to secure its new 34-story, 204-condominium project being constructed in Phoenix. As part of the deal, Teknon will install a Viscount Systems MESH wall-mounted unit and built-in color camera that will record the photo ID of all inbound guests with a time and date DVR.
Teknon will also provide key-fob readers that will allow for common doors for pool, business office, gym and media room access. In addition, a MESH mini server will be installed for integration to CCTV color cameras, and MESH software will be used for on-site administration programming and view access.
Viscount Systems also announced that Teknon has additional MESH projects booked for luxury condominium projects being built in Scottsdale, Ariz., by Grace Communities.
