Integrated Security Corp. Inc. announces the completion of its acquisition of Bloomfield Hills, Mich.-based Assessment and Control Intl. Inc. (ACI), a manufacturer of perimeter security systems.
Integrated Security, a company that provides customers with service from project inception and installation to long-term service and maintenance, will continue to manufacture, install, service and maintain the full range of ACI’s perimeter protection systems in addition to providing full-service integrated perimeter security system project management and design. William Proden, who has served as vice president for 10 years, is a shareholder in ACI and will assume the responsibilities of COO.
