INTEGRATED SECURITY SYSTEMS’ SUBSIDIARY TO SUPPLY SOFTWARE PLATFORM FOR ALLWEST SYSTEMS

Integrated Security Systems Inc. has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Intelli-Site Inc., has completed an agreement with Allwest Systems Inc. under which Intell-Site will supply Allwest with the platform and toolkit products of the Intelli-Site NT(r) Security Integration Software Suite. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Allwest, headquartered in Denver, focuses on the design, development and installation of integrated systems, support products and services for federal, state, county and municipal correctional facilities. The company also provides its integrated products and services to the commercial, industrial and military markets.
“Allwest is positioning itself within the rapidly growing U.S. correctional facilities market to become a tier-one provider of integrated specialty electronic systems, a market segment currently estimated to be in excess of $150 million annually,” says Dennis Kreutz, Allwest executive vice president. Integrated Security Systems designs, develops and markets security software to the commercial, industrial and governmental marketplaces.
